Throughout your pregnancy and labor, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support so you feel confident, cared for, and not alone as you move through this incredible experience.

I believe every mother deserves to have a supportive, respectful team around her during birth, no matter her situation. I was only able to afford a doula for one of my own births, and it completely changed my experience. I often wish I could have had that kind of support for all of them.
Because of that, I do my best to keep my pricing reasonable and flexible. I’m always happy to talk through options, payment plans, or even create a package that fits your needs and your budget.

Free 30-45 min. consultation
Online Birth Companion Workbook
1-2 Birth plan visit(s)
Unlimited contact by phone, text, email, etc.
On call for you 24/7 two weeks prior to estimated due date
Continuous labor support
Birth timeline (if requested)
A few amateur photos (if requested)
Immediate postpartum support 1-2 hours after birth
One postpartum visit
Referrals to other professionals in the area
